YABATECH has partnered with Ecobank to provide six-month to one-year internship opportunities for students and recent graduates.
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) is one of Nigeria’s oldest and most prestigious polytechnics, located in Yaba, Lagos State. Established in 1947, it is known for providing high-quality education in various technical, vocational, and professional fields.
YABATECH offers National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programs in disciplines such as engineering, technology, business administration, arts, and applied sciences.

Eligibility Criteria:
- ND or HND students who are awaiting internship placement.
- Recent graduates (within the last two years).
- Open to all disciplines in YABATECH and STE programs.
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completion is encouraged but not mandatory.
Job Requirements:
- Duration: The internship requires a commitment of at least six months, with full-time availability.
- Academic Performance: A minimum of lower credit or an equivalent CGPA is required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Experience: Prior internship experience or relevant project work is an advantage but not required.
- Location: Internships are available at Ecobank branches across Nigeria.
- Documentation: Applicants must submit a current CV, SIWES letter, and application letter. Recent graduates should also provide their degree certificate or statement of result.
